Pricing for the median home in Momence decreased during the fourth quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Momence fell by $6,500 while total sales decreased by 53.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $105,000 - a 5.8% decrease over the $111,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Momence in the fourth quarter of 2019.
