Momence median home prices rose by 87.7% in December 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2020 in Momence rose by $96,500 while total sales decreased by 69.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $206,500 - a 87.7% increase over the $110,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Momence in December 2019.
