- Purchase a 2021 JD 310SL Backhoe from Martin Equipment for $95,020

Payable in 5 annual payments of $21,233.16 each paid for from 1/3 Street and Alley, 1/3 from Sewer and 1/3 from Water

- Put out bid specs for mowing: City owned Properties, DNR Properties and Residential properties

  Public Safety

- Create a pooled cash account for Local Cure Grant Money

- Appoint Dawn Turcany to the Police Commission

- Purchase a new Explorer for $36,318 to replace the Taurus

  Code Enforcement

- Lee Farms aggregate bid of $34,050 to demolish in DNR Grant:121 Brown, 703 N Chicago, 910 N Chicago, & 718 W Main St.

-  Adopt a lot applications: Mike Nasers-103 W Juanita, Tony Downs-200 E

Sherdian St, Steve Huggins-506 E Grant St and Chuck Garfield-520 E Oak St.

-  Transfer $7,000 from the Revolving Loan fund into the Façade Grant Line item
