IV. Public Comment Period: There is a form online for those wishing to address the Board of Education on a district related matter. Forms must be completed and submitted by 5:45 p.m. the day of the meeting. Forms received will be sent to Dr. Decman and the Board President at that time. Forms are on the district website (under Board of Education/Meeting Agendas). No discussion of Individual personnel or students is permitted during public comment. Personnel/student concerns should first be directed to an administrator and if necessary a private session will be arranged with the Board to discuss such concerns.
