Approval of Minutes

● December 14,2020

○ Joe Kolosky made a motion to approve the minutes as presented from December 14,2020. Paul Hess seconded the motion. On a call of votes motion passed.

Public Questions and Comments

Planning Commission/Zoning Board of Appeals

● Chris Sifrit brought to the attention a pending building permit for a single dwelling home to make a multiple dwelling home which goes against the ordinances currently in place. They were informed they were to stop any current building until the permit was approved.

Streets and Alleys Committee

Budget and Finance Committee

Water and Sewer Committee

● Chris informed the board there was a water Service leak was at 405 First Ave. in the driveway the service itself was 4 houses away. Chris informed the board there would need to be research done on the water maps to see what is missing from the smaller portable map compared to the bigger one.

Police and Public Safety Committee

Ordinance and Zoning Committee

● NA

Local Improvement Committee

● Chris informed the board that there are two dead trees leaning over on Maple,Chris will be taking care of himself with the help of Larsons. There are remaining trees that Chris will get a quote from Larsons for the remaining dead trees.

Treasurer’s Report / Payment of Bills

● Mike Benscoter made a motion to approve the Treasurer's Report as presented. Paul Hess seconded the motion.

○ On a Call to Votes 5-0, Motion Passed

● Mike Benscoter made a motion to approve the payment of Bills as presented with the addition of one check to Tim Kent for work done.Randy Gigl seconded the motion.

○ On a roll call of votes, trustees voted

Village President

● Approval of candidate for full-time maintenance assistant position 

● Andy Proposed hiring Ben Potts for the assistant position.

○ Tracy Mitchell made a motion to hire Ben Potts for the assistant position Randy Gigl seconded the motion.

● Andy presented the new Liquor license application to the board, explaining the additional information added. Board members will look over the application and approve at the next meeting.

● Amend Ordinance 2-60 to correct wording

○ Tabled to the next meeting for approval

● $100 reimbursement for gift card purchases after December meeting ○ Paul Hess made a motion to refund Andy Winkel the $100 used for christmas gifts for employeesTracy Mitchell seconded the motion.

● Joe Kolosky made a motion to adjourn at 7:40 pm. Randy Gigl seconded the motion. On a call for votes, the motion passed 4-0. Meeting adjourned
