RIVERSIDE HEALTH CARE: COVID-19 vaccine appointments available at various Riverside locations

Riverside Health Care issued the following announcement on May 13. 

Riverside Healthcare is now offering COVID-19 vaccines six days a week. Vaccines are available at a variety of Riverside locations and can be scheduled through your myRiverside MyChart.

COVID-19 vaccine appointments are available at the following locations:

  • Riverside Medical Center Outpatient Center, 375 N. Wall Street, Kankakee, IL – First dose Fridays, Second dose Wednesdays
  • Bradley Immediate Care, 400 S. Kennedy Drive, Suite 700, Bradley, IL – First dose Sundays, Second dose Saturdays
  • Bourbonnais Campus, 300 Riverside Drive, Bourbonnais, IL – First dose Saturdays, Second dose Thursdays
  • Coal City Campus, 5775 E. Highway 113, Coal City, IL – First dose Thursdays, Second dose Tuesdays
  • Frankfort Campus, 23120 S. LaGrange Road, Frankfort, IL – First dose Tuesdays, Second dose Wednesdays
  • Watseka Campus, 1490 E. Walnut Street Suite A, Watseka, IL – First dose Wednesdays, Second dose Thursdays
Schedule your vaccine appointment through your myRiverside MyChart online at riversidemychart.org or by downloading the myRiverside app.

The schedule is currently open to individuals who are 12 and older. Those ages 17 and younger will need a legal guardian present to receive a vaccine. As more age groups are approved to receive a COVID-19 vaccine, appointments will open for them to schedule.

Are you having trouble with your MyChart or need assistance scheduling your appointment? Call the MyChart Help Desk at (815) 928-6000, Mon. - Fri., 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Those getting the vaccine:

  • Schedule the COVID-19 vaccine in your myRiverside MyChart.
  • Wear loose-fitting clothing with easy arm access.
  • Plan to stay at the clinic for 15 to 30 minutes after vaccination to be monitored for reactions.
If you are receiving the first dose in a two-dose series, you will need to schedule your second dose appointment before leaving the clinic.
