• Approval for Tyson Engineering to begin the process of resurfacing of Fourth Ave. 

• Discuss stop signs at Third Ave and Evergreen St.

• Review Treasurer Report and Review Bills 

• Discuss appropriations 

• Approved but not to exceed $6000.00 for new computers for the village office. 

• Discuss possible hire of a summer part-time help for the maintenance. 

Police and Public Safety Committee 

• Accepted Chief Lehmkuhl’s resignation 

• Discussed hiring of another full time officer to fill the vacancy in the department. Either chief or  officer. 

• Accepted temporary contract with Jim Lehmkuhl to cover chief duties till a replacement is hired. 

• Approval to run a add for a new Police Chief

Ordinance and Zoning Committee 

Local Improvement Committee Meeting 

• Discuss pool house floor 

• Discuss swing sets 

• Approval of Basketball backboard not to exceed $1000.00 to replace shattered backboard. 

• Approval of new trees at both town parks not to exceed #2000.00. 

• Discuss E-Waste 

Treasurers’ Report / Payment of bills 

Village President 

• Review of Compliance Review #77 covering the receipt and disbursement of Motor Fuel Tax funds  by the village for the period beginning January 1, 2018 and ending April 30, 2019.
