The third quarter of 2021: Home prices in Chebanse fell

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Chebanse fell by $54,975 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $96,000 - a 36.4% decrease over the $150,975 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Chebanse in the third quarter of 2020.
