The third quarter of 2021: Bradley experienced a 13.5% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Bradley rose by $19,000 while total sales decreased by 16.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 71 homes sold, with a median sale price of $159,900 - a 13.5% increase over the $140,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 85 homes sold in Bradley in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Bradley for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,214, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
