The third quarter of 2021: Home prices in Grant Park increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Grant Park rose by $127,550 while total sales decreased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $370,000 - a 52.6% increase over the $242,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Grant Park in the third quarter of 2020.
