On Sept. 15, Phyllis L. Masse (revocable living trust), Robert P. Masse (revocable living trust) and Robin P. Jones (trustee) sold their home at 2569 N. Oak Ridge Drive, Kankakee to Deborah Omalley and Joseph McKeown for $395,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $8,783.18, 2.22% of the sale price of the home.

So far in September 2021, 19 properties sold in Kankakee.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Robert Paul Masse has been registered to vote since 1960 and has voted in at least four primary elections, records show, including one Republican Primary.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 2569 N. Oak Ridge Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Robert Paul Masse, 84, and Betty B. Baron, 84.
