On Nov. 19, Walter and Margie Reed sold their home at 2873 Chippewa Drive, Bourbonnais to Thomas S. and Michelle M. Golden Revoc (trustee) for $210,000.

The property tax paid for this property in 2020 was $2,247.42. This is 1.07% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of two sales so far in Bourbonnais in November 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Marge Reed, 82, was the only registered voter residing at 2873 Chippewa Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020.
