On Dec. 9, Connor Perkins and Samantha Rapson purchased a home at 512 Sandburg Drive, Manteno from Kim Atkins and Stephanus Nell for $204,500.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $5,789.86, 2.83% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of five sales so far in Manteno in December 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Stephanus J. Nell has been registered to vote since 2013. Kim E. Atkins has been registered to vote since 2000 and has voted in at least four primary elections, records show, including four Republican Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
