The fourth quarter of 2021: Home prices in St. Anne increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in St. Anne rose by $59,450 while total sales decreased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $135,950 - a 77.7% increase over the $76,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in St. Anne in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in St. Anne for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,436, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2021.
