Falling home prices in Bonfield in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Bonfield fell by $76,000 while total sales decreased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $191,500 - a 28.4% decrease over the $267,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Bonfield in the fourth quarter of 2020.
