St. Anne home prices rose in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in St. Anne rose by $83,075 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $119,200 - a 230% increase over the $36,125 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in St. Anne in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in St. Anne for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,436, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
