Median home prices in Grant Park fell to $215,000 in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Grant Park fell by $9,950 while total sales decreased by 23.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $215,000 - a 4.4% decrease over the $224,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Grant Park in the second half of 2020.
