Reddick median home prices fell by 68.3% in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Reddick fell by $492,500 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $228,750 - a 68.3% decrease over the $721,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Reddick in the second half of 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Reddick for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,286, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
