On Dec. 22, Robert Brouillette sold their home at 1292 Gertsam Drive, Bradley to Karen Brandt for $123,712.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $2,183.60, 1.77% of the sale price of the home.

So far in December 2021, 17 properties sold in Bradley.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Robert E. Brouillette has been registered to vote since 1996 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including one Democratic Primary.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 1292 Gertsam Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Robert E. Brouillette, 71, and Nathan Craig Hanley, 42.
