The home at 890 Poe St., Manteno was sold on Jan. 31 by Thomas and Jerry Witherow for $290,000. The buyers were Matthew and Kelly Cunningham.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $5,278.70, which is 1.82% of the sale price of the home.

So far in January 2022, 17 properties sold in Manteno.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Thomas P. Witherow has been registered to vote since 2003 and has voted in at least six primary elections, records show, including four Democratic Primaries and two Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 890 Poe St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Caryl H Witherow, 85, Cheryl Justus, 72, and Thomas P. Witherow, 89.
