Grant Park median home prices fell by 23.9% in April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Grant Park fell by $43,000 while total sales decreased by 33.3 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $137,000 - a 23.9 percent decrease from the $180,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Grant Park in April 2021.

The median sales tax in Grant Park for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,164, approximately three percent of the median home sale price for April.
