The Iroquois County Public Health Department (ICPHD) is seeking a part time Senior Services Case Aide. Under the direct supervision of the Director of Senior Services, a Senior Services Case Aide assists the in the implementation of services that promote independence and quality of life for older adults. This includes providing administrative assistance in care plan implementation, coordination of services, and facilitating ongoing service delivery.
