The meeting was opened by Trustee Crockett at 7:00 a.m.

There was a quorum.

MOTION: A motion by Trustee Phillips, second by Trustee to approve the minutes from August 23, 2022 meeting. Voice vote – all ayes, no nays. Motion approved.

There was no public participation

There were no action items.

Discussion Items:

• Monthly Recap – Mr. Marion gave a recap of active new construction projects, the building department stats, commercial projects, and development projects for the August 2022. (see attached)

• Property Tax Rebate - Mayor reminded the committee that the deadline for the submittal of the rebate is end of the business day of October 31, 2022. The item will be put on the board agenda to remind the residents again of the deadline. Information is also on the website and a notice is on the electronic sign in front of the Village Hall.

• Misc. – Mr. Crescenzo will be submitting a plan for his lots at the next Finance Committee meeting.

A motion by Trustee Martin, seconded by Trustee Boyce, to adjourn the meeting at 7:09 a.m. Voice vote: all ayes, no nays. Motion approved.
