Trustee Crockett opened the meeting at 8:13 a.m.
MOTION: A motion by Trustee Crockett, second by Mayor Nugent to approve the minutes from February 28, 2023 meeting. Voice vote – all ayes, no nays. Motion approved.
There was no public participation.

Discussion Items:
• Monthly Recap – Mr. Marion gave a recap of active new construction, permits issued, inspections, sidewalk inspections and contractor registrations for February 2023. (see attached)
• Potential State-wide Building Code Bill – Mr. Marion stated that he has been made aware of a state wide bill that would require all municipalities to have the same building codes. This bill has not gotten any traction, but a bill that would require all municipalities to adopt some sort of building codes is being proposed.
A motion by Trustee Boyce, seconded by Trustee Crockett, to adjourn the meeting at 8:19 a.m. Voice vote: all ayes, no nays. Motion approved.
