State Representative Jackie Haas (R-Kankakee) has chosen Embrace Consignment of Bradley as October's local business spotlight. Embrace Consignment is a store that specializes in selling in-style, clean, and damage-free clothing and furniture. Representative Haas presented a certificate from the House of Representatives to owner Julie Jones-Reece, with House Minority Leader Tony McCombie (R-Savanna) in attendance.

Representative Haas expressed her appreciation for Embrace Consignment, stating, "Finding affordable, fashionable clothing can be difficult for many, but Embrace Consignment offers a tremendous selection of gently-used clothing and furniture for 79th District constituents and visitors to find that new item their closet or home has been waiting for." She also welcomed Leader Tony McCombie to the 79th District and thanked him for joining her in recognizing this great local business.

Julie Jones-Reece, the founder of Embrace Consignment, started the business in 2009 as a way to supplement her income as a social worker for Riverside Healthcare. The success of Embrace Consignment led her to leave her position at Riverside Healthcare in 2013 and focus on the business full-time.

Embrace Consignment is conveniently located at 148 N Kinzie Ave in Bradley and is open from 10 AM to 5 PM, seven days a week.

Congratulations to Embrace Consignment for being recognized as October's local business spotlight. Visit their store to explore their wide selection of affordable and fashionable clothing and furniture.
