● Jeff Hall made a motion to go into executive session to discuss personnel. Cathy Dundas seconded the motion at 4:03 p.m.

● Back in session at 5:30 p.m.

● Ben Potts gave his Presentation on ERH, handed out a packet to the board,

and did a presentation on the tv screen.

● Jeff Hall made a motion not to exceed $62,500.00 for a 6-month trial with ERH Enterprises. Cathy Dundas seconded the motion. Jeff discussed the proposal that ERH had given the board on Monday October 17, 2023. Jeff went over numbers that we spend now with the sewer plant, and compared numbers to ERH taking over.
