- Transfer $176,716 from 36-10-1000 (Infrastructure Fund) into 63-10-9000 ( 2022A Bond Repayment Fund)

- Ruder Audio Recording System in Council Chambers $7,235.00

- Ruder CCTV Monitor Installation City Hall & Police Side $3,886.00

- Purchase 3 monitors not to exceed $3500.00

Public Works/Water Wastewater

- Zack Tobeck pay rate increase to $20/hour effective 1/1/2024

- Order 200 radios for water meters at a cost of $28,000

Public Safety

- Look to purchase a new Heavy Rescue/fire truck in the $450,000 to $700,000 range

- Increase wellness gym benefit for Police Department to $40/month.

Code Enforcement

- Lee Farms Excavating aggregate bid of $74,450 for 120 Brown St, 304 E Elm St 426 E Elm St, 560 N 4th St, 546 N 5th St, 418 W Park & 420 W Park Ave.
