● An ordinance amending Chapter 38, Traffic and Vehicles, of the Clifton Village Code for the Village of Clifton, Iroquois County, Illinois by adding Article V, Administrative Adjudication of Violations of Traffic Regulations concerning the standing, parking or condition of Vehicles
Approval of Ordinance NO. 2024-0x
● An ordinance Adding Article III, Administrative Adjudication of Building Code Violations, to Chapter 8, Building and Construction, of the Clifton Village Code for the Village of Clifton, Iroquois County, Illinois.
Discussion of the possible need for an ordinance covering buses of migrants being dropped off within the village limits.
Discussion of the possible need for updating the language in Chapter 40, Article II, Sec. 40-20, Sec. 40-21, Sec 40-22, Sec 40-136 concerning owner’s liability to pay unpaid water and sewer bills of their properties, both owned and lived-in and/or rented.
