State Representative Jackie Haas (R-Kankakee) has honored Brickstone Brewery in Bourbonnais for her March 2024 local business spotlight. Rep. Haas recently toured the brewery and presented the owners with a certificate of appreciation for their contributions to the community.

“I am honored to recognize Brickstone Brewery for my March Local Business Spotlight,” said Rep. Haas. “This local brewery is known for excellent products and customer service.”

Brickstone Brewery, founded in 2006 by the Vasilakis and Giannakopoulos Family, aims to bring something new to the community. The establishment includes a brewery and a brewpub that offers food and locally-made beer products.

“I also want to recognize that Brickstone Brewery is not only locally owned, but it is also a multi-generational, family-owned business,” added Rep. Haas. “This family dynamic extends beyond the staff as customers often remark on how they feel like family when visiting Brickstone. I appreciate their dedication to their family, their business, and our entire community.”
