Village of Manteno Board of Trustees met April 22.

The meeting was called to order by Village President Timothy Nugent, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. Roll call of the Board was made by the Village Clerk.

The Mayor opened the Public Meeting for the presentation of the FY 2024-2025 budget. Village

Administrator Chris LaRocque gave a presentation on the proposed fiscal year budget for May 1, 2024, and ending April 30, 2025.

Public Participation:

None

The Public meeting was closed at 6:15 pm and continued with the Special Meeting.

Mayor Nugent asked for a motion to approve Ordinance 23-27 – An Ordinance to reallocate amounts within funds between Departments and utilize additional amounts from Fund Balances for the Fiscal Year Ending April 30, 2024.

Motion by Phillips, seconded by Gesky. Motion approved 6-0

Mayor Nugent asked for a motion to approve Ordinance 23-28 – An Ordinance approving a Budget for the Village of Manteno for the Fiscal Year beginning May 1, 2024, and ending April 30, 2025.

Motion by Gesky, seconded by Dole. Motion approved 6-0

Motion by Crockett to adjourn at 6:18 pm. Seconded by Gesky

Motion approved 6-0
