The Westmont Board of Fire and Police Commissioners have scheduled a Regular Board Meeting for June 18, 2024, at 2:00 PM in the 2nd floor Conference Room, Westmont Police Department, 500 North Cass Avenue, Westmont, Illinois.

● Review of all correspondence not related to a specific agenda item below which was received since the previous meeting.
6. CHIEF’S FORUM
● The opportunity for the Police Chief and Fire Chief and/or Deputy Chiefs or their designated representatives to update the Board of Fire and Police Commissioners on the status and/or issues of the PD and FD.
6. ONGOING BUSINESS
● Review of Candidates Status in Academy
● Discuss and review candidates progress in the hiring process including review of any reports from various areas of a candidates testing phase. (Interviews, Polygraphs, Background review, etc.)
● Discuss adoption of new Rules and Regulations for the Commission
● Review and Discuss upcoming Sergeants Testing process
7. NEW BUSINESS
● Review and approval of any invoices for Commission Services that are outstanding
8. ADJOURNMENT
Note: The Board of Fire and Police Commissioners may enter executive session for the discussion of personnel and legal matters as needed, however all board votes are conducted in open session.
