Scholarship applications open for women legislators' initiative

Applications for the Conference of Women Legislators (COWL) Women Influencing Second Encore (W.I.S.E.) Scholarship are now open. This scholarship is awarded to women aged 25 or older who are pursuing their bachelor’s degree.
