Village of Clifton Board of Trustees met July 16.

Lesa Lukow discussed whether the trustees would need to vote on John Tammen zooming in. John had requested permission in writing to attend via zoom to Lesa and Randy. Vote taken on approval for John Tammen to zoom

● Motion denied 3-1

Paul Hess made a motion to approve comp time over payment. Jeff Hall seconded the motion. for the $5127.47 40 comp and 125.27 overpaid comp Sue Schafroth discussed she asked several times to go over comp time, at several board meetings. Sue discussed speaking with Ben that he could have his last check, but comp needed to be figured out yet. Sue discussed she never approved comp time to be paid, and wanted it clear that it was not discussed or approved by her or the budget and finance committee. Trustees discussed an insurance check that was paid out, if the last insurance amount should have been paid. Trustees discussed paperwork that was printed from Sandy Tammen, and Sue Schafroth. Trustees came to a decision of 40 hours of PTO overpaid, and 125.27 hours in comp time over paid, total overpayment was $5127.47. Amount will be given to the Village attorney.

Paul Hess made a motion to approve Natalie Prairie for part time help.

Paul Hess made a motion to terminate 1 employee hired for summer help. Jeff Hall second motion.

Jeff Hall made a motion to adjourn at 6:58 p.m. Paul Hess seconded the motion.
