IDFPR launches virtual appointment pilot program for license support

The Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) has initiated a virtual appointment pilot program. Every Wednesday, individuals seeking support with IDFPR professional licenses can speak directly with members of the Licensing Team about licensing issues. This service operates on a first-come, first-serve basis, and spots fill up quickly. Interested parties are encouraged to scan the QR code to get started.
