Kenneth W. Bunge, 78, of Yorkville, passed away on Monday, December 2, 2024, at the Manteno Veteran's Home. Born on August 21, 1946, in Elmhurst to Wilbert and Erna (Siems) Bunge, Kenneth served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War from 1966-1967. He worked as a truck driver and was a member of Local 705. Kenneth married Maria Ester Antman in Las Vegas, Nevada.

An avid traveler, Kenneth enjoyed visiting Europe and the Caribbean, as well as cruising with his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law. He cherished moments spent with family in California. Survived by his wife, Maria Ester Bunge, son Jeff Bunge, three grandchildren, Molly Edwards Bunge, Christian Bunge, Jessica Bunge, and great-grandson Kaleb Hall.

Interment is scheduled at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery. Individuals wishing to offer flowers or a memorial gift to the family of Kenneth W. Bunge can do so through the Sympathy Store to pay their respects.
