 - transfer $50,258 from 30-50-8000 (water fund) into 61-10-9000 (2019 bond repayment   fund) 

 - transfer $50,258 from 30-60-8000 (sewer fund) into 61-10-9000 (2019 bond repayment  fund) 

 - transfer $193,477 from 36-10-1000 (infrastructure fund) into 63-10-9000 (2022A bond  repayment fund) 

Public Works/Water Wastewater 

- Peerless Midwest- Well 12- $284,180.69 to be paid with ARPA money  

- Glenn Raymond $5,000 sewer credit  

- Ruder Technologies $4563 for CCTV Security Camera Upgrade

- 2 Valves for WWTP RAS Pumps and 8 for the WWTP drying bed transfer valves from  Core & Main $10,600

 - None  

9. Miscellaneous Business 

 - Appointment of Roger Dittrich to the Hospital Board 

 - Appointment of Police Chief
