Donald L. “The Donz” Durnavich, aged 59, of Manhattan, formerly of Richton Park, passed away on Tuesday, January 14, 2025, at Silver Cross Hospital. Born on October 29, 1965, in Chicago to Louis and Rosemarie Durnavich, Don was a devoted father and grandfather known for his humor, love of music, and ability to unite people. He is survived by his children Cassie Brandau, Danny Durnavich, and Hailey Durnavich, grandchildren, mother Rosemarie Durnavich, and siblings Steve Durnavich, Therese Dole, Tony Durnavich, Jimmy Durnavich, and Brian Durnavich. Don's life will be celebrated on Sunday, January 19, 2025, from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Brown-Jensen Funeral Home in Manteno. Memorials may be made to the family. Don’s legacy of love, humor, and generosity will live on.
