Village of Clifton Budget & Finance Committee met June 9.

Here is the agenda provided by the committee:

• Motion not to exceed $8,000 for fire hydrant by grain elevator.

• Motion not to exceed 3.2% for raises, and eleven holidays off.

• Motion to approve IMRF.

• Motion to approve ORDINANCE NO. 2025 – 07 AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A BUDGET AND APPROPRIATION FOR GENERAL CORPORATE AND OTHER SPECIAL PURPOSES FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING MAY 1, 2025, AND ENDING APRIL 30, 2026, FOR THE VILLAGE OF CLIFTON, COUNTY OF IROQUOIS, STATE OF ILLINOIS

• Discussion on Tim Kents’ hours, and appointment
