• Cathy Dundas made a motion to approve minutes. Jeff Hall seconded the motion.

• Sue Schafroth made a motion not to exceed $1,040.00 for Joe LaCost 5% IRA payout. Jeff seconded the motion.

Water and Sewer Committee

• Sue made a motion to approve minutes 2024-2025.

• Jeff made a Motion to approve summer billing rates Paul seconded starting May 1, 2025 – August 31, 2025.

o Motion passes.

Village Clerk

• Cathy Dundas made a motion to go into executive session, for approval of executive minutes, and motion to vote on executive minutes if they are released. Jeff Hall seconded the motion at 5:10 p.m.
