For the July Local Business Spotlight, State Representative Jackie Haas has chosen to honor FastSigns of Kankakee. During her visit, Rep. Haas toured the business and presented its owners with a certificate of appreciation in recognition of their community contributions.

The business is owned by Dave and Sonya Comer. Dave started working for the previous owner before deciding to purchase it himself. He and Sonya were attracted to the FastSigns franchise model due to the support and opportunities it offered. Since acquiring the business, they have added seven full-time positions and one part-time role.
