Public Comments: Valgene Raloff representing the Historical Society spoke of the upcoming golf outing fund raiser for the organization 9/20/25. Hitching post project 2/3rd finished
*Motion to approve Bills for payment: <7/02/25 General Fund $58,799.50, M.F.T. $740.00, Fest Account $126.68, T.I.F. $166,354.86, 6/21/25 Payroll $19,915.72

Departmental Reports:
Clerk Dillman: Mentioned Christmas Day Inc. golf outing fund raiser will be at Oak Springs golf course 9/17/25. This raises money to provide Christmas day dinners throughout the County
Ordinance & Insurance, Wiedl: held first reading Ordinance O-7-25-1 intergovernmental agreement with Beecher (2006 Ford Expedition)

Streets & Alleys, Whorrall: reported in her absence, weeds by Police Station have been cut. 4R Tree Service is in town to remove some trees in Parkways. New leaf vacuum ready for pick-up
Finance, Morgan: spoke and presented pictures of Pepin property to Board
Community Outreach, Brower: Fall Fest discussed, 5K walk/run discussed (low attendance), Party in the Park to be held this Friday 6PM
Building & Grounds, Quinn: Park rentals discussed
Law Enforcement, Martz: announced PT Officer John Coletti is retiring from the force
Pres. Detloff: Discussed renewal of contract with Animal Control. Annual Cost is $1000, and is only for dogs, voice vote held, and decided not to renew contract this year
Pres Detloff held discussion over Community Center rentals. Items included in the contract will be more strictly enforced, (ie: Insurance where liquor is sold), and resident/non resident fees to be verified. Also mentioned building rental does not include Park grounds
Stated Surf Air is ready to install to homes, but is waiting for the permit to be granted before they can do it. Permit was filed months before work began. Other towns are waiting as well
