The meeting was called to order by Mayor Annette LaMore, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. Prayer given by Pastor Selk.
Roll call was made by the Village Clerk.
Motion by Barry, seconded by Vaughn, to wave the reading of the minutes and approve the regular Board meeting minutes of June 16, 2025, as presented by the clerk. Motion approved : 5-0

Motion by Barry and seconded by Boudreau for the Consent Agenda. Motion passed 5 to 0 . Motion to approve was made by Boudreau and seconded by Vaughn to approve the Consent Agenda minus Ordinance 25-10 Barry wanted that Voted on separately. Motion by Boudreau and seconded by Zimbelman to approve. Motion was approved 5 to 0.
Motion to adjourn . Motion was made by Barry and seconded by Zimbelman Meeting adjourned at 6:53. There was an Executive Session that took place after the Village Board Meeting.
