Iroquois County taxpayers ranked 68th in total sales taxes paid per county in April, according to Illinois tax records.

In total, residents paid $236,308 in sales taxes during April.

The county ranked 70th in the Prairie State the month before, with $163,094 spent in sales taxes.

The largest share of sales taxes paid by Iroquois County residents in April came from the County Sales Tax.
