Carol G Jamnik | Clancy Gernon Funeral Homes - Bourbonnais
Carol G. Jamnik, 90, formerly of Bourbonnais, passed away on August 6, 2025, at her home in Sun City West, AZ. She was born on December 30, 1934, in Milks Grove Township to Peter J. and Mary Florence Jensen. Carol married Louis V. Jamnik on August 17, 1957, at Maternity B.V.M. Catholic Church in Bourbonnais. She enjoyed traveling, gardening, reading, and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Carol is survived by her daughter Therese & Robert Grace, grandsons Austin & Lindi Grace, Nolan & Ashlee Grace, granddaughter Allison & Chris Snyder, and several relatives. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, sons John and Mark, grandson Tyler Grace, and other relatives. Visitation is scheduled for August 22, 2025, at Clancy-Gernon Funeral Home in Bourbonnais, with a Funeral Mass on August 23, 2025, at Maternity B.V.M. Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Kankakee. Memorial donations can be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital through their Sympathy Store.
