Judith Lee "Judy" Vanham | Clancy Gernon Funeral Homes - Bourbonnais

Kankakee - Judith Lee "Judy" Vanham, aged 69, passed away at her home on August 31, 2025. Born on September 1, 1955, in Chicago to Charles and Lois Kreml Sr., Judith dedicated several years to the United States Postal Service before retiring. She was known for her lively and vibrant demeanor.

Judy's passion for baseball, particularly the Chicago White Sox, and her love for playing board and card games were notable characteristics. Above all, she cherished her children and grandchildren throughout her life.

Surviving Judy is her mother Lois, daughters Crystal Lee Collett and Tanya Beth Vanham (John Henry Jurewicz Jr.), siblings Pam (Bill) Sanderson, Charles Jr (Nancy) Kreml, Susan Allgood, Robert (Deborah) Kreml, and Thomas Kreml, along with grandchildren and extended family. Judy was preceded in death by her father Charles Sr., brother Abraham, and sister Sandra Kreml.

Cremation rites have been performed, and a memorial visitation will take place at Clancy-Gernon Funeral Home in Bourbonnais on Sunday, September 14, 2025, from 2-5:00 p.m. Memorial contributions can be made to fulfill the family's wishes as a tribute to Judith Lee "Judy" Vanham.
