Village of Manteno Board of Trustees met Aug. 18.

The meeting was called to order by Mayor Annette LaMore, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. Prayer given by Reverend Thomas Theneth.
Roll call was made by the Village Clerk.
Crockett wanted an amendment for a change to the Minutes to be Voted on at the next Board Meeting to show Geskys Vote for the Forensic Audit. Zimbelman wanted Boudreau’s name to be shown on the Vote for the Liquor Time Change to 9:00 am on Sunday’s. Minutes will be Voted at the next Village Board Meeting

1. Consideration Re: A Motion to Approve a Highway Authority Agreement Between James J Gravelle Revokable Living Trust On Behalf of Manteno Laundry & Drycleaning, Inc. and The Village of Manteno.
2. Ordinance 25-13: An Ordinance Granting a Variance From Title 9, Zoning, Chapter 12, Off Street Parking and Loading, Section 9-12-5(C)(g), Location, For the Property known as 323 Park Street, Manteno, Illinois.
3. Resolution 25-04: A Resolution to Approve the Purchase of a Pavilion Kit for the Square on Second from NUTOYS not to exceed $158,333.00
Financial Reports:
1. Consideration Re: Motion to approve Payment of Bills in the amount of $291,594.01 (including: TIF #3 - $0)
Barry wanted Resolution 25-04 removed from the Consent Agenda.
Motion by Gesky and seconded by Zimbelman for the Consent Agenda. Motion passed 4 to 0. Motion to Pass Resolution 25-04 Motioned by Zimbelman seconded by Crockett. Gesky said that we didn’t take a Vote to pass the Consent Agenda. Mayor and Lawyer said it was voted on to pass. Zimbelman, Crockett and Gesky Voted Yes for Resolution 25-04 to Pass Barry Voted No. We needed one more Vote to pass and with Boudreau and Vaughn not there the Mayor Voted and she Voted No. Therefore it did not pass. Boudreau walked into the meeting after the Vote.
Gesky made a Motion to pass the Block Party Zimbelman seconded the Motion. 5-0 voted in favor to pass the Block Party.
Meeting adjourned at 6:56 all in favor.
