The meeting was called to order by Mayor Annette LaMore, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. Prayer given by Lana Robyne

1) Consideration Re: A Motion to Approve an Agreement between Marous & Company and the Village of Manteno for Consulting Services regarding Gotion. Motioned by Boudreau and seconded by Gesky. Barry Abstained and Vaugh voted No Motion was passed 4 to 1.

2) Ordinance 25-16: An Ordinance Amending Title 3, Business Regulations, Chapter 9, Liquor, of the Village of Manteno Municipal Code.

Motioned by Gesky and seconded by Barry. Zimbelman Abstained. Motion was passed 5-0.

3) Ordinance 25-15: An Ordinance Amending Title 8, Building Regulations Chapter 4, Fence Regulation, Section 8-4-4, Height and Location, of the Manteno Municipal Code.

Motioned by Boudreau seconded by Barry. Motion passed 6-0.
