O-10-25-04 AN ORDINANCE providing for the issuance of not to exceed $2,000,000 General Obligation Sewerage Refunding Bonds (Alternate Revenue Source), Series 2025B of the Village of Bradley, Kankakee County, Illinois, to refund all or a portion of the Village’s outstanding General Obligation Sewerage Refunding Bonds (Alternate Revenue Source), Series 2015A, and for paying expenses incidental thereto, providing for the pledge of certain revenues to the payment of principal and interest on said bonds, providing for the levy of a direct annual tax sufficient to pay such principal and interest if the pledged revenues are insufficient to make such payments, authorizing the sale of said bonds to Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated, and directing the execution of an escrow agreement in connection with the issuance of said bonds.
