City of Watseka Purchasing Committee met Oct. 7.
Here are the minutes provided by the committee:
PRESENT: Mayor Marcier, Aldermen Miller, Pence and Alderwoman Rohlfs
ABSENT: Alderman Garfield
Mayor Marcier opened the meeting at 6:00 pm. There was no public comment.
The committee discussed the possible purchase of a new stone box or purchase a used stone box from Jason Smith. This will be discussed more in public works committee meeting.
The committee also wants the billing address changed on the Weber Plumbing bill. And after looking at the Republic bill the dumpster cost is not correct.
The committee looked at and signed 78 purchase orders.
Alderwoman Rohlfs made a motion to adjourn at 6:45 pm and Alderman Miller seconded. Roll call carried 4-0.
