A motion was made to approve R-10-25-01 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF SOCCER GOALS FOR THE 315 SPORTS COMPLEX by Trustee Westphal and seconded by Trustee Tieri (6 ayes 0 nays 1 absent) Motion carried. (Roll call: Trustee's LeBran, Westphal, Billingsley, Tieri, Jordan, Mayor Watson. Absent Trustee Vandenhout).

A motion was made to approve R-10-25-02 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF BUILDING KIT FOR A STORAGE FACILITY 315 SPORTS COMPLEX by Trustee Billingsley and seconded by Trustee Westphal (6 ayes 0 nays 1 absent) Motion carried.

Call to Order

The regular meeting of the Bradley Village Board was called to order on Monday, October 13, 2025, at 6:37 p.m. at the Bradley Municipal Hall by Mayor Watson

Pledge of Allegiance

Mayor Watson cited the Pledge of Allegiance for our board meeting. Mayor Watson followed by a moment of silence for those residents that are sick or have passed away since the last meeting.

CALLING THE ROLL & DECLARATION OF QUORUM

Deputy Village Clerk Nelson did the calling of the roll. Mayor Watson presided.

A motion was made to approve the agenda by Trustee Billingsley and seconded by Trustee Jordan (5 ayes 0 nays 1 absent) Motion carried.

Village of Bradley Property Tax Rebate program happening now through March 31st, 2026

Village of Bradley 7th Annual Halloween House Decorating Contest entries must be submitted by October 28th – Judging is on October 31st (Residents of Bradley only) The 3rd Annual West Broadway Trick or Treat with Village of Bradley Trunk of Treat is happening on Thursday, October 23rd from 4:30-6:30 pm

The 40th Village of Bradley Lighted Christmas Parade ‘A Christmas Jubilee on Gingerbread Lane" is on Friday, December 5th at 6:30pm. Float entry forms are available online and printed copies are available at Village Hall.
